Hi, I’m Mina.

For a long time, I ran from the very thing I was meant to do. Helping people has always been my passion, but I kept it on the back burner. I told myself it wasn’t the right time, that I wasn’t ready, that someone else would do it better.

Eventually, I stopped running. I started believing in myself, and I started trusting where my faith was leading me. That is how this coaching practice was born.

Along the way, I learned something that is now at the heart of everything I do: the most important relationship we will ever have is the one we have with ourselves. When we understand ourselves, treat ourselves with kindness, and know our own worth, everything else begins to change. How we love our partner. How we parent. How we handle a hard conversation at work. Even how we connect with our neighbors. That is why I say: when you grow, every relationship in your life grows with you.

As a relationship and self-growth life coach, I offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can understand yourself more deeply and build relationships that feel more honest, calm, and connected. We meet one-on-one over Zoom, so wherever you are in the world, we can work together. What you share with me stays confidential.

Faith is a big part of my own life. I serve on my church’s prayer team, I lead Rooted Woman, a virtual group for women who want to grow in their faith, and I offer one-on-one faith guidance for anyone who would like it. But you don’t need to share my beliefs, or have any faith at all, to work with me. People of every faith and of no faith are welcome here, and our work together will always be centered on you: your values, your goals, and your pace.
